Returns

We accept returns withinΒ 14 daysΒ of delivery for items that are:

  • Defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Significantly different from the product description
  • Wrong item sent

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Hygiene products (underwear, cosmetics, etc.)
  • Digital products or downloadable items

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@orbitbuzz.storeΒ within 14 days of receiving your order with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the defective or incorrect item
  3. A brief description of the issue

We will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide return instructions if approved.

Refunds

Approved Returns:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method withinΒ 7-10 business daysΒ after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product

Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • We will provide a full refund including original shipping costs
  • We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us immediately at info@orbitbuzz.store with photos
  2. Do not discard the packaging
  3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

International Orders

Please note that some products are shipped from international suppliers. Customers are responsible for:

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charges
  • Return shipping costs for international returns (unless item is defective)

Returns from international orders may take longer to process.

Processing Time

  • Return requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item
  • It may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank
